Here are 10 effective ways that I have found to use binaural beats and brain entrainment. These are by no means the only way to use them. This is just a great place to get started.
1. Right before you go to bed
There are several binaural beats that are specifically designed to help you sleep if you are having trouble catching some zzz’s. Even if you are not having trouble getting to sleep, certain brain entrainment audios like Sleep Salon before bed can help you relax and get better quality sleep. I didn’t believe it at first either, but it’s crazy! It really does the trick. I went from needing 8 hrs of sleep a night to having more energy after only 6 hours or less of sleep!
2. When you wake up

3. Right before a interview or presentation
Listening to an alpha wave mp3 right before an interview or a big presentation at work or school and you will be in the perfect mindset for success. Your brain will be operating in brainwave synchronization mode and things will seem more clear. You will be more calm and confident. Recalling information is easier because you can have access to your whole brain being able to recall information that you didn’t even know you remembered.
4. When you are researching/working
There’s nothing like listening to binaural beats while studying, surfing the web and researching. Using a binaural beat like Nitro Focus will help you read and absorb information quickly. 5. When you need a break
Everyone gets stressed out or just plain tired of working some times. I personally am sitting behind a computer for quite a long time some days. So, when I need a break, I will pop on a random binaural beat or isochronic tone depending on the mood I am in, close my eyes, and refresh you mind and body. Binaural beats really get the creative juices flowing again if I have reached a block in my schedule also. All around best way to spend a quiet break!
6. When you are feeling down
Brainwave entrainment that targets 10 herts, or the middle of the alpha range, will cause your body to release increased levels of serotonin and endorphines. This is a natural chemical that your body produces that makes you feel good. For instance, this chemical is released when you win a big game or meet a new love interest. 7. When meditating

This can be anything you want or need. Whether it be material things like money or a house, or relationships, or a change in character, just pop in some meditation music like this and close your eyes and envision yourself living your dream life. 9. When you are bored
This one is pretty self explanatory. If you are just sitting around with nothing to do, listening to binaural beats is a great way to relax. If you listen to a brainwave shot like this one, you may even get the inspiration to do something productive that you didn’t think about before. You will be surprised at how great you will feel after listening to a binaural beat like this. You probably won’t even be able to sit around on your butt and be bored after listening. Quite an inspiration!
10. For self improvement
This is my favorite. I love everything self improvement. Binaural beats are a great way to get in the self improvement mindset to do great things in all aspects of your life.
Your subconscious like a giant computer hard drive. It is constantly storing your past sights and experiences. All of these past experiences make up who you are today. Are there things that you are not so proud of? Maybe a habit or an addiction? The best and fastest way to improve any area of your life is to tap into your subconscious and reprogram these behaviors and thoughts.

Think of the past verbal conditioning or modeling that you may have had as a kid by your parents, teachers, or authority figures. Come up with your own ideas on how you want to be and start reinforcing these ideas into your subconscious.
The great thing about doing this while listening to binaural beats is that you are in a meditative state where your subconscious is very influential. When your subconscious is in this highly influential state, you can start feeding it positive and supportive information for self empowering change. You will see results fast. You can basically do more work than a personal psychologist in twice the time and see twice the results.
